NPC Guilds
These are guilds run by the NPCs. You need to join these guilds to gain skill. Joining a guild is necessary to increase the skill cap and to gain training. Gaining skill without training is possible but much slower.

Notes: A primary skill caps at 100 + or - any race bonuses etc. A secondary skill caps at 80 + or - any race bonuses etc. A skill not in a guild list is normally capped at 60 + or - and race bonuses etc.
